Pre-Set Nut Sleeve 8mm

Description

This product is a Pre-set nut sleeve, which is used to together with the pre-set nut, and is a fastening element. The pre-set nut takes the exact same shape as the t slot on an aluminum profile. It can therefore only slide into the profile from profile’s end. The problem with this is it still needs to be properly held in place, once in the ideal position. This is where the sleeve comes in. The sleeve slides over the pre-set nut before sliding it into the profile, and in addition to protecting it, it also holds the pre-set nut firmly in position wherever it is required to be. It is primarily used to avoid sliding when using the pre-set nut. This sleeve has a span of 8 millimetres in total.
